Handyremo, operated by Guangzhou Tengmiao Trading Co., Ltd., provides returns and refunds for eligible orders placed through https://handyremo.com.
1. Return Eligibility
Return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original condition. Original packaging, accessories, hardware, instructions, and supplied components must be included where applicable. Proof of purchase may be required.
These conditions do not limit your rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise non-conforming products.
2. How to Request a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number, product name, reason for the return, and relevant photos where applicable.
Our support team will review your request and provide return authorization and shipping instructions when approved. Products must not be returned before authorization is provided.
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Customer service is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, UTC+8, excluding public holidays.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, damaged area, or missing components where reasonably available.
After reviewing the request, we may provide a replacement, refund, replacement component, or another appropriate resolution.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, Handyremo will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate resolution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law.
5. Return Packaging
Approved returns must be securely packaged to help prevent damage during transportation.
Products should be disassembled only when instructed and packed with suitable protective materials. Original packaging, protective inserts, accessories, hardware, and components should be reused and included where available.
Damage caused by inadequate return packaging may affect refund eligibility, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Refund Processing
After an eligible return is received, we aim to inspect it and notify you of the refund decision within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Additional processing time may be required by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
7. Non-Returnable Products
Personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, and products clearly identified as non-returnable before purchase may not qualify for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.
Products that have been used, altered, intentionally damaged, improperly assembled, or returned with missing components may be refused.
These exclusions do not affect rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or non-conforming products.
8. Cancellations and Exchanges

Orders may be canceled before shipment when processing allows. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and return eligibility. If a replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund may be offered instead.

Approved returns must be sent only to the return address provided by our support team.
The return destination may differ from our registered business address. Unauthorized returns or products sent to the registered business address without approval may not be accepted or processed, subject to applicable law.
