Welcome to Handyremo, operated by Guangzhou Tengmiao Trading Co., Ltd. These Terms of Service govern your use of https://handyremo.com and purchases made through our online store, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
1. General Conditions
By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. You must not use the website for fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or unlawful activities.
We may refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, incorrect information, payment verification issues, product unavailability, pricing errors, or other circumstances permitted by law.
If a paid order is canceled, any applicable refund will be issued in accordance with our store policies and applicable law.
2. Products and Information
Handyremo offers home furniture and related products intended for everyday residential use.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, available options, included components, assembly information, care guidance, and prices.
Colors, textures, finishes, measurements, and product appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, manufacturing processes, and measurement methods.
Customers should review product dimensions, materials, configurations, assembly requirements, included components, intended placement, and available variants before placing an order.
Decorations, accessories, and surrounding items shown in product images are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
3. Orders and Payments
Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information when placing an order.
Product prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Handyremo does not directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.
Orders are subject to payment confirmation, product availability, and reasonable verification.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Standard delivery generally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8–18 business days.
Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, public holidays, address errors, local restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed during checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for these charges.
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information and should report delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered orders promptly.
5. Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Customers must receive return authorization and shipping instructions before sending a product back.
Returned products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition, with original packaging, accessories, hardware, instructions, and included components where applicable.
For confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products, Handyremo will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
After receiving an eligible return, we aim to notify the customer of the refund decision within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Additional processing time may be required by banks or payment providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Order change or cancellation requests should be sent to [email protected] as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist before an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped.
Once processing or shipment has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Where cancellation is unavailable, an eligible return may be requested after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Customer service is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, UTC+8, excluding public holidays. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
7. Product Selection, Assembly, and Care
Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, materials, configurations, intended use, assembly requirements, and available options before purchase.
Products must be assembled and used according to the instructions supplied with them. All required hardware should be installed correctly and checked periodically.
Customers should confirm that floors, walls, and intended placement areas are suitable for the product before installation or use.
Furniture should be placed on a stable and level surface. Products should not be overloaded, climbed on, modified, or used for purposes other than their intended use.
Indoor products should not be used outdoors unless the product description specifically confirms outdoor suitability.
Customers should follow the care and cleaning guidance provided with each product. Harsh chemicals, abrasive tools, excessive moisture, and unsuitable cleaning methods should be avoided where they may damage materials or finishes.
Children should be supervised around furniture where appropriate. Products that require wall anchoring should be secured using suitable hardware and installation methods.
To the extent permitted by law, Handyremo is not responsible for damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, unauthorized modification, unsuitable placement, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, fraud prevention, customer support, and advertising services.
These service providers may operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and legal obligations.
Handyremo remains responsible for obligations that cannot legally be excluded or transferred.

Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Information may be processed for orders, payments, delivery, returns, refunds, customer support, fraud prevention, website security, analytics, and other legitimate business purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information and reliable shopping functionality.
